move cursor over thumbnails to enlarge Schools Projects Hampton Wick Infant and Junior School Project Information Hampton Wick Infant and Junior School Peace and Harmony Garden Mosaic Project [created on marine ply boards] Design Inspiration: local flora and fauna Age: Reception and nursery (3-11 years) The aim of this project was to enhance the Peace and Harmony Garden, which the children use as a quiet space. Participants produced drawings inspired by their local surroundings and the overall design was put together by Art Mosaic Design. Mosaic workshops were set up at the school and the children learnt the basic skills of mosaic and helped to put together the final art-piece. The boards were fixed to the wall by an experienced builder.
