| Creating this 15m long bench has been a very exciting and challenging project for Art Mosaic Design. |
| The local school childrens' imaginative drawings were, as always, our guide to designing the space bench. |
| Large parts of the space bench mosaic were prepared off-site at AMD's studio throughout the summer and installation took place during September. The bench was grouted and completed in October and provides an inspirational and decorative backdrop all along the western side of the playground. |
| This completed the first part of the project and in spring 2008 Art Mosaic Design installed the second part, "the monster on the hill",. Go to "Monster Mosaic" |
